when you say "he just bought a rocky mountain and it always breaks", is it the frame or the components? Rocky mountain is a frame making company, not a component company. If a component breaks, then it's nothing to put down rocky Mountain for. So please think of rewording this. It also could be that your dad doesn't have things set up properly causing them to break.
